The Dalmore Aged 12 Years
Nine years in American white oak, then three in Matusalem oloroso sherry casks. Orange, chocolate and Christmas cake, the Dalmore signature.

Finished across three sherry casks, Amoroso, Apostoles and Matusalem oloroso. Dried fruit, cinnamon and citrus, elegant and balanced.

Bourbon oak, then thirty-year-old Matusalem oloroso. Dark fruit, coffee and leather, with a long, spiced finish.

Finished across seven cask types, from vintage Calvados to Bordeaux and Châteauneuf-du-Pape wine casks. Orchard fruit, vanilla and cinnamon, then butterscotch, dark cacao and Seville orange. Limited to 20,000 bottles worldwide.

Made by Richard Paterson to mark his fiftieth year in whisky, and the first single malt finished in five Californian red wine casks, Zinfandel, Pinot Noir, Syrah, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. Dark forest fruit and marmalade, tropical fruit and ginger, a finish of cassis and orange.
