The third and final chapter of The Dalmore’s acclaimed Luminary Series, created with architect Ben Dobbin of Foster + Partners in partnership with V&A Dundee. Matured in American white oak ex-bourbon barrels, then finished across a bold seven-cask assemblage — vintage Calvados, rare Matusalem and Apostoles sherry, and red wine casks from Bordeaux and Châteauneuf-du-Pape. Non-chill filtered, natural colour, and presented in a bespoke fold-out case that echoes the sculptural Rare edition.

What it delivers

• Nose: vibrant orchard fruit, Madagascan vanilla and cinnamon, with delicate rose water
• Palate: rich butterscotch, red apples, tarte tatin, dark cacao, red liquorice and soft wood spice, lifted by cardamom, Seville orange and green tea
• Finish: dried apricot, ripe blackberry, fresh-baked brioche and lingering cassia bark
• Bottled at 49.2% ABV — non-chill filtered with natural colour
