Oak & Origin ships Australia-wide using trusted, licensed carriers. We take great care in packaging and handling to ensure every bottle arrives safely and in excellent condition.

Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days of payment being received. During high-demand periods or product launches, dispatch times may be slightly extended. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed, followed by a tracking number when it has shipped.

Delivery Times
Standard delivery within Australia generally takes 3–10 business days depending on your location. Regional or remote areas may take longer. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday during business hours. Delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Age Verification
Alcohol cannot be delivered to anyone under the age of 18. A person over 18 years of age must be present to accept delivery and may be required to show photo identification. Couriers are instructed not to leave parcels unattended.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and vary depending on order size, weight, and destination. Free or promotional shipping offers, when available, will be clearly displayed on the product or checkout page.

Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to activate after shipment.

Delivery Issues
If your parcel arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us at john.jarvis@oakandorigin.com.au within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, photos (if applicable), and a brief description of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.

Undeliverable Orders
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to provide age verification, we may charge a re-delivery fee or deduct shipping costs from any refund.

International Shipping
At this time, Oak & Origin ships within Australia only. We do not currently offer international delivery due to licensing and regulatory restrictions.
