Five pours from the one distillery on the shore of Loch Indaal, from the unpeated Laddie to eighteen years of Port Charlotte smoke. Yellow Submarine III gets its Australian launch, our own single cask is opened, and you get a first look at Greener Still.

An Evening with Bruichladdich
A Bruichladdich cocktail on arrival, then a seated dinner with five whiskies poured course by course. Yellow Submarine III launches, our Micro-Provenance single cask is opened, and Greener Still is poured ahead of anyone else.
Five pours, five courses
Classic Laddie 10 with nigella seed flatbread, Greener Still with chicken schnitzel, Yellow Submarine III with Abrolhos Island scallop, Micro-Provenance #0062 with cucumbers and crispy chilli, and Port Charlotte 18 with a Riverine T-bone.
Hosted by Ray Daniel and Mark Hickey. Every seat takes home a piece of the launch merchandise, and bookings get first access to Greener Still. Add bottles when you book and they wait for you on the night. Members pay $149, applied automatically at checkout when logged in to your account.
The Cask and the Wine
Five wine-cask whiskies from The Glendronach and Woodford Reserve, each poured beside the piggs peake wine that seasoned its cask, with a canapé from the Amora kitchen for every pairing. Then a Glendronach single cask to finish, kept under wraps until the night.
The flight
Woodford Reserve Madeira Cask Finish and Sonoma Triple Finish, then The Glendronach Ode to the Valley, 18 Year Old and Ode to the Dark, each with its piggs peake pairing, and the Suckling Pig dessert Shiraz beside the single cask.

Melbourne's biggest whisky weekend moves to a new warehouse home in Port Melbourne, with more than fifty distilleries and importers pouring 15mL nips across two full days. We have a stand. Come and find us, have a pour, and say g'day.

That Boutique-y Whisky Company and the wider Atom Brands range, with Ray and John behind the table.
Entry is ticketed through Whisky Abbey, and each day runs its own line-up, so the two-day pass is the one for completists. Masterclasses, food and a beer garden run alongside the stands.
Nights that have been and gone. Most of the virtual tastings are still up on the Whisky Wayfarers channel if you want to catch what you missed.
