Resurrected in 2001 with one ambition: to be an antidote to the industry norm. For over two decades Bruichladdich has challenged convention — tracing ingredients from origin to bottling, and publishing full transparency on every batch code.
The Classic Laddie 10 Year Old is made from 100% unpeated Scottish barley, trickle distilled, non-chill filtered and colouring-free — fully matured and bottled entirely on Islay with Islay spring water. The same spirit the world knows. Now with ten years declared.

Tasting notes
Nose
Fresh, floral and elegantly fragrant — meadow flowers, ripe pear and a gentle kiss of vanilla from the oak.
Palate
Soft barley sweetness leads, followed by creamy toffee, a squeeze of lemon and a hint of toasted oak. The 50% ABV carries everything with precision.
Finish
Long, clean and warming — distinctly Islay in character, with a lingering mineral saltiness and the satisfying weight of a whisky bottled without shortcuts.
