Octomore 16.3 represents the archetypal expression of terroir-driven whisky-making, crafted exclusively from 100% Concerto barley grown on Octomore Farm's Church Field on Islay. Distilled in 2019 from the single-farm, single-field 2018 harvest, this five-year-old whisky is matured in a combination of bourbon, Sauternes and Pedro Ximénez casks, peated to an extreme 189.5 PPM yet revealing remarkable elegance and balance.

Finish: extraordinarily long with coconut, sesame, sea salt and enduring smoke complexity.
