Founded in 1839 on the edge of the Cromarty Firth, The Dalmore has spent nearly two centuries refining a style that is instantly recognisable — rich, structured, and unapologetically luxurious. Those flat-topped stills and water-cooled spirit stills are not quirks; they are deliberate shapers of the house character, forcing heavier vapours back down to create that signature balance of power and polish. Decades-long relationships with Spanish bodegas bring in the finest Oloroso and PX casks, layering in dark chocolate, orange peel, coffee, and spice.
