“Single Blended” means everything in the bottle, both malt and grain, is distilled, matured and blended at the same distillery. Same water, same place, same hands. It’s a level of control that shows in the glass.

Fuji leans into balance over boldness. Clean, fruit-forward, and incredibly easy to drink, but with enough layering to keep things interesting.

On the nose, it opens bright and inviting. Peach, apricot and white grape lead the way, backed by honey, vanilla and a soft, biscuit-like sweetness.

The palate is smooth and silky. Orchard fruit rolls through first, pear, apple and apricot, layered with honey and gentle vanilla. There’s a light spice underneath, just enough to give it structure without taking away from the elegance.

The finish is clean and lingering. Soft fruit, vanilla and light oak drift out slowly, leaving a balanced, easy warmth.

This isn’t a heavy whisky. It’s not trying to be.
