Thanks for taking a pack. Score each pour as we go tonight, and Ray and John will read out how the room scored the vertical before we finish.

Five minutes of setting up
Set the five out in the order on the scorecard, lowest proof on the left.
Get pours one and two into glasses about ten minutes early so they have had some air.
Keep a glass of water beside you, especially for pours four and five.
Your scorecard is at the top. It remembers your scores if you close the tab.

Eighteen years and five months in Warehouses O, K and L, and still only 90 proof. Tonight's pour is the 2025 release. On our shelf is the 2023 release, the same eighteen year old rye at the same strength.

Thomas H. Handy Sazerac
The same rye the night starts on, six years old and bottled uncut and unfiltered at 129.8 proof. The 2025 release, the same bottle tonight's pour comes from.
