Sazerac Rye has been a 90 proof bottle for as long as most people have been drinking it. At the end of 2025 Buffalo Trace added Full Proof to the range as a permanent release, bottled at 125 proof, the same strength the spirit went into the barrel. Same recipe, same Kentucky-style character, with nothing diluted away.
It sits between the everyday Sazerac Rye and Thomas H. Handy, the uncut Antique Collection release at 129.8 proof. More weight and spice than the first, without the wait for the second.
