Our aim has always been simple: keep great spirit on the shelves and, wherever we can, find our own version of it. That thinking gave us our Weller Special Reserve single barrel, STAGG Kentucky Hug and Eagle Rare Cherry Jelly Jam. Antique 107 was always going to be next.
Weller swaps rye for wheat as the secondary grain, which is where the soft, round, dessert‑leaning character comes from. Antique 107 is the boldest of the everyday range, and a single barrel strips it back to one cask, bottled on its own rather than blended into the standard release.
