The Harvest is a blend of 70% single malt and 30% single pot still whiskey, triple distilled and matured in American oak bourbon casks.

That mix gives it both sides of Irish whiskey:
👉 smooth malt
👉 plus a bit of pot still spice

On the nose, it opens fresh and light. Peach, apple and vanilla with a touch of spice.

The palate is soft and balanced. Orchard fruit, caramel and gentle spice roll through with a creamy malt backbone.

The finish is clean and easy, with oak, butterscotch and a little lingering warmth.

Nothing complicated here.
