The Gospel built its name bringing strict American rye rules to Australia. Bonded Rye takes that a step further, made to the even tighter bottled-in-bond standard: distilled in a single season, at a single distillery, by Master Distiller Ian Thorn, then matured for more than four years and bottled at exactly 50% ABV. It is the most deliberate whiskey the distillery has put in a bottle, and a landmark for Australian rye.
