On the nose, it’s bright and expressive. Cooked agave, citrus and fresh herbs with white pepper and a mineral edge.

The palate is clean but complex. Sweet agave leads, followed by lime, grass, earth and spice, with a layered, evolving profile that builds across the palate.

There’s a texture to it as well, slightly viscous, giving it more presence than your average blanco.

The finish is long and structured. Pepper, citrus and agave linger with a clean, mineral-driven edge.
