This is mezcal made easy to get into.

San Cosme is produced in Oaxaca using 100% Espadín agave, roasted in underground pits, crushed using a tahona stone and distilled in copper pot stills. Traditional methods, just without the intensity that can scare people off.

On the nose, it opens smoky but balanced. Cooked agave, citrus and light caramel with a soft earthy edge.

The palate is smooth and approachable. Smoky agave leads, backed by apple, pepper and a touch of sweetness, with a gentle, mouth-coating texture.

This is the key.

The smoke is there… but it doesn’t dominate.

The finish is warm and lightly spiced. Smoke, pepper and agave linger with a clean, easy edge.

This isn’t a wild mezcal.

It’s a gateway.
