A white rum drawn from three Caribbean islands and assembled in France by Maison Ferrand, the house behind Pierre Ferrand Cognac. Unaged spirit is married with rums aged up to twelve years, then carbon-filtered back to clear — stripping colour and heavier tannins while keeping the aromatics intact. The result is a versatile, characterful base spirit made with the cocktail in mind.
