A first from Valdespino
TIME : SPACE Sherry Cask is the third release in The Macallan's TIME : SPACE Collection, following the two 200th Anniversary bottlings. It is also the first whisky shaped by casks seasoned at Valdespino, the Jerez bodega The Macallan now calls its own.
The whisky was drawn mostly from European oak sherry casks, with a subtle American oak influence, then married in some of the first sherry casks seasoned at Valdespino. Those casks were built in The Macallan's own cooperages and filled in 2024.

The circular decanter represents the continuous flow of past, present and future. The presentation box takes its cue from Valdespino's palomino grapes, with a circular interior that echoes their shape and a golden hue for the Andalusian sun.

- NoseSherry-soaked raisins, figs and dates, with frangipane, toffee, caramelised nuts, dark chocolate and warm spice
