The casks
Predominantly sherry-seasoned American oak gives the backbone. Sherry-seasoned European oak adds roasted richness and a touch of astringency, and a subtle inclusion of ex-bourbon casks brings a final sweetness that echoes the tea's dessert wine character.

The presentation box gives new life to waste tea leaves unsuitable for drinking, worked into the paper itself.
