Unlike the cask-finished bourbon, this one isn't finished at all. It's a straight blend of bourbon and aged light whiskey, drawn from barrels aged 9 to 18 years.

What it delivers

Age does the heavy lifting here.

Honey, vanilla and soft oak lead, with caramel, orchard fruit and a gentle baking-spice warmth. The light whiskey adds a silky, almost delicate texture you don't usually get at this proof.
