Laid down in 2016 and bottled a decade later, this is the unadorned core of Hellyers Road. With no secondary maturation to colour the picture, the spirit speaks for itself — full maturation in first-fill American oak ex-bourbon barrels, milled, mashed, fermented and distilled entirely on site.
