Tasting Notes
Nose: Ripe plum, cherry, dried apricot and a touch of cocoa. Warm oak and vanilla underneath.
Palate: Bold and complex with layers of ripe fruit, honey, maple syrup, and confident rye spice. Creamy mouthfeel with real depth.
