Rare Dry Gin is their flagship — a modern take on classic dry gin, built around fresh whole oranges, native Australian botanicals and a mix of Asian spice.

It’s not a traditional London Dry.

It’s brighter. More citrus. More texture.

On the nose, it opens lifted and aromatic. Orange peel, lemon myrtle and juniper with a warm spice edge.

The palate is layered and balanced. Fresh citrus leads, backed by cardamom, cassia and pepperberry, giving it both sweetness and spice.

Juniper is there… just not dominating.

The finish is long and clean. Citrus fades into spice and gentle warmth, making it both refreshing and structured.
