Bloody Shiraz Gin is made by steeping whole Shiraz grapes in high-proof Rare Dry Gin for around eight weeks, before pressing and blending. The result is a deep purple gin packed with natural fruit character.

No added sugar. Just fruit and gin doing their thing.

On the nose, it’s bold and lifted. Piney juniper, citrus and spice sit alongside dense raspberry and red berry notes.

The palate is rich and juicy. Plum, raspberry and dark fruit roll through with a soft sweetness, backed by pepper, spice and classic gin botanicals.

It leans fruit-forward… but still finishes like a gin.

The finish is long and balanced. Berry sweetness fades into juniper and spice, keeping it grounded and moreish.

This isn’t your standard gin.
