V Generaciones was released to celebrate 130 years of Flor de Caña and five generations of family ownership. A single barrel rum distilled in 1988 and aged for 30 years in bourbon oak before bottling.

There’s almost none of it.

Each one individually numbered, presented with signatures from all five generations and a volcanic stone bottle cap.

This is collector territory.

On the nose, it opens layered and complex. Ripe fruit, citrus, caramel and spice sit alongside oak and subtle herbal notes.

The palate is rich and structured. Dark chocolate, burnt sugar, dried fruit and cooked orange roll through, backed by spice and deep oak influence.

This is where the age shows.

Not heavy… not overly sweet… just incredibly balanced.

The finish is long and evolving. Spice, tobacco and oak linger with a refined, dry edge that keeps it precise.
