Built on the same additive-free base as the Blanco - open-air fermentation, a 1926 yeast strain, twice through copper pot stills - then rested six months in hand-selected bourbon-seasoned American white oak barrels at Tequila Orendain de Jalisco.

What it delivers

• Golden colour with rounded vanilla and butter on the nose
• Soft caramel and brown baking spice against a clear agave spine
• Six months of oak - enough to shape the spirit, not enough to mask it
• Long, gentle finish with very little alcohol bite
