Flecha Azul is produced at Tequila Orendain de Jalisco (NOM 1110) from mature blue Weber agave. The extracted juice ferments in open-air tanks on a proprietary yeast strain cultivated since 1926, then goes twice through copper pot stills using traditional alembic methods. The Blanco rests two months before bottling and is made without additives.
