Built on highland agave from Los Altos de Jalisco and fermented on a yeast strain reserved specifically for this expression, the Calle 23 Reposado rests eight months in American ex-bourbon barrels. The house style prioritises agave expression, so the wood is used to round the spirit rather than redirect it.
