Blackwood Distilling Co. take well-aged Kentucky bourbon and finish it for eight weeks in brand-new charred Kelvin Cooperage barrels, toasted using their own method - the 'Toasted in Kentucky' approach that defines the brand.

Batch 4 is the cask-strength version: the same minimum eight-year toasted Kentucky bourbon, but bottled at full proof (59%) instead of 52.5%.

What it delivers

Everything the standard Toasted 105 does - dialled up.

Dark caramel, toasted oak and vanilla lead, with brown sugar, dried fruit and a long, spiced finish. The higher proof brings extra concentration and a deeper, richer texture.

Bold, but the toasting keeps it smooth.
