Rickhouse Proof takes the same soft red wheat recipe as their Bottled-in-Bond, but skips the dilution. This is the bourbon at full barrel strength, straight from the rickhouse.

What it delivers

More everything - but still balanced.

Deep caramel and toffee lead, layered with dark fruit, vanilla and warm baking spice. The wheat keeps it rounded even at 59.85%, so the strength adds richness rather than heat.
