The third release in Archie Rose's exploration of sustainably sourced NSW molasses, Mill Molasses Rum 2019 was distilled from B-grade mill molasses and matured in apera casks. Where its siblings leaned elegant, this raw material delivers bold herbs, funky earth and gutsy personality — a rum for the serious rum drinker.
