The single-cask selection from Archie Rose's first Harvest vintage, made from heritage rye dry grown through 2018 drought conditions on a single paddock in Barellan, NSW by the Whytcross family. The rye was semi-fermented and malted three ways, finished with a saison yeast strain, then matured in 36-month air-dried virgin American oak — bottled at a formidable cask strength.
