The first whisky in Archie Rose's vintage Harvest Series pays tribute to a single paddock of heritage rye, dry grown without irrigation through the challenging 2018 drought in Barellan, NSW. Semi-fermented, malted three ways and finished with a saison yeast strain, then matured in 36-month air-dried virgin American oak.

What it delivers

• Mandarin, yuzu and ANZAC biscuits with orchard fruits, begonia blossoms and huon pine emerging in the glass
• A rich, mouth-filling palate of nectarines, berries and ginger snaps balanced by roasted grains, milk chocolate and oak
