The night
Back at Mulwray, the hidden room we filled for The Dalmore in June. A Bruichladdich cocktail on arrival, then a seated dinner with five Bruichladdich whiskies poured course by course, hosted by Ray Daniel and Mark Hickey. The Yellow Submarine III gets its official Australian launch, our own Micro-Provenance single cask is opened, and Greener Still is poured ahead of anyone else.
