2024 Samhain Chardonnay

samhain is a gaelic festival marking the end of harvest season on november 1st. this date coincides with the release of this wine, seeming wholly appropriate.

only warm, dry hunter valley summers make chardonnays of this intensity and depth of flavour, thus it's not made every year.

these are wines that will reward cellaring, drinking at their peak between 7 to 10 years. pair with fuller flavoured white meat or robust fish dishes.
