pig nuts is a blend that was stumbled upon while grading the 2023 reds. selected from quality vineyards in mclaren vale, south australia, it's a more elegant expression of mclaren vale shiraz.
slightly lower in alcohol and a bit more approachable, this medium bodied style of shiraz will pair nicely with a juicy steak. you could also confidently lay down for 5 years or so.
