The flight

Four expressions, poured in order. Slow ageing at altitude, no shortcuts.

  1. 12yr Centenario. Where the oak first starts doing the talking.
  2. 18yr Deeper, drier, the one most people leave the night thinking about.
  3. 25yr A quarter of a century in cask. Rarely poured by the glass anywhere.
  4. 35yr The top of the house. One 100ml decanter goes home with someone in the room.
