The third chapter of The Dalmore's Cask Curation Series explores a single question with three answers: how do the same 2023 Châteauneuf-du-Pape red wine casks, sourced in collaboration with esteemed estate Château Mont-Redon, shape three single malts of very different ages? The result complements The Dalmore's signature chocolate, orange and spice character across a quarter-century of maturation.

What it delivers

• The 24 Year Old — rich honey, sweet citrus and orchard fruit, over red berries, crème brûlée and orange zest.
• The 34 Year Old — subtle florals and forest fruits, giving way to dark berries, stone fruit, vanilla and gentle wood spice.
