2023 Creepy Pig Shiraz

creepy pig is a blend that just appeared while marc and i were doing bench trials.

we were working on mclaren vale shiraz parcels that we were grading for wines like sticks, bricks and the cutter when we happened upon this fuller bodied shiraz blend. we liked it so much we pulled it out of the blending and bottled it as a stand alone wine.

it's a big, dark, solid shiraz expression with plenty of coconutty american oak on the nose.
