Warner's made the world's first rhubarb gin and set off the pink gin category in the process. Tonnes of rhubarb are pressed until there is enough juice to fill a third of every bottle, then used to cut back the Harrington Dry base. The crop traces to rhubarb originally grown in Queen Victoria's kitchen garden.
