Ode to the Dark is the richest, most uncompromising release in Rachel Barrie's Master's Anthology Series. Matured exclusively in Pedro Ximenez sherry casks - the sweetest, darkest sherry of all - and bottled at a robust 50.8%, non-chill-filtered.

This is GlenDronach at its most brooding and indulgent.

What it delivers

Sherry-soaked and seriously deep.

Mocha, black cherry and dark chocolate give way to creme brulee, raisin and warm ginger; the palate folds espresso and creme caramel into black grape and mint-chocolate richness. The finish lingers on raisined oak and bitter cocoa.

Made for a square of dark chocolate and a quiet hour.
