GlenDronach has distilled in the Forgue valley since 1826, and it built its name on one thing: sherry casks. While much of Scotland chased lighter, bourbon-aged styles, GlenDronach stayed loyal to rich Spanish oak.

The 12 Year Old is the heart of the range - matured in a combination of Pedro Ximenez and Oloroso sherry casks from Andalucia.

What it delivers

Classic sherried Highland malt, done properly.

Dried fruit, brown sugar and Seville orange up front, with vanilla, gentle baking spice and a soft, fudgy sweetness. Rich but balanced, and remarkably easy to drink for something this sherried.
