The final chapter of the Harmony Collection, and a flavour rarely found in The Macallan.
Coconut, drawn from the cask
Inspired by Fresh Coconut is the sixth and final release in The Macallan's Harmony Collection. The Whisky Mastery Team drew out its coconut character through cask selection: sherry-seasoned American oak casks chosen for their high oak lactone levels heighten the coconut, and casks that previously held bourbon finesse the result.

The release is linked to the TimeSpirit Dining Experience at The Macallan Estate, created with El Celler de Can Roca, where Jordi Roca created sweet dishes to sit alongside the whisky.
The pack
The presentation box is made with paper containing discarded coconut fibres. Waste coir and shells are charred in an emission-free process, and that charcoal gives the paper its natural black colour.
