Edited sits between the unpeated Brilliance and the full-force Bold. The peat here is drawn from discreetly chosen cask profiles rather than laid on heavily, giving a malt that reveals smoke slowly and rewards a patient glass.

• Honey and cocoa on the nose, laced with light smoke and a shot of espresso
• Grassy barley first, giving way to subtle peat, then a rush of mint and mocha
• A long, drawn-out finish of spice and chocolate mint over gentle peat
