Casa San Matías has been distilling in the highlands of Jalisco for more than 130 years. Corazón is a single estate tequila — agave to bottle happens entirely at the distillery — made from hand-harvested blue Weber agave, slow cooked, fermented with a proprietary yeast and double distilled.
