Suckling Pig Zinfandel 750ml

the original red dessert wine we made back in 2004 was a dessert zinfandel off the cargo road vineyard in orange. twenty years later, we have re-created this wine as a trip down memory lane. in the making, we allow the grapes to raisin on the vine increasing the sugar levels and the intensity of the final wine.

this wine has a brilliant lifted nose of dried fruits, raspberries and cherries and a medium bodied, sweet luscious palate.

the perfect accompaniment to hard cheeses or desserts with a red fruit taste such as strawberry cake or raspberry sorbet.
