2025 pork hunt

pork hunt is one of piggs peake's most (in)famous wines. the shiraz grapes for this very solid red were sourced from two of our favourite vineyards in mclaren vale, sa. this wine is big and bold. expect a lot of everything. it has big colour, big tannins, big oak and big flavour. these styles are best drunk in the medium term, so try to find an excuse to drink it in the first five years after bottling.
