Laid down in 1990 by the third generation of the Pellas family and bottled in 2025 by the fifth, this is the oldest rum Flor de Caña has ever released. Thirty-five years in American white oak at the base of the San Cristóbal volcano, overseen by Maestro Ronero Tomás Cano, and bottled with no added sugar or additives. The decanter is hand-finished crystal, cut into a triangular silhouette that echoes the slopes of the volcano itself, topped with a rounded stopper and finished with a green leather necker. Each one carries an individually numbered certificate of authenticity.
