This is where EH Taylor gets interesting. Bottled in Bond at 100 proof, the mash bill is only rye and malted barley. No corn whatsoever. That sets it apart from almost every other rye on the market and gives it a character that's entirely its own.

Dried fruit, black pepper, and a touch of fresh dill on the nose. The palate walks a line between sweet and savoury, with dark spices and subtle caramel overtones keeping each other honest. The finish is oaky and dry, lingering just long enough to make you appreciate what zero corn in a mash bill actually tastes like.
