Hellyers Road 21 Year Old Peated Cask Finish 20F05c01 is an exceptional expression of Australian whisky.

It is matured for 17 years in first-fill American oak ex-bourbon barrels, followed by a secondary maturation for 4 years in our own freshly tipped 2004 richly peated cask, allowing the whisky to develop a remarkable depth of flavour.
