Taking the classic sherry cask profile and bottling it straight from the cask, this expression amplifies everything — deeper fruit, heavier texture and a more pronounced spice structure.

Matured in French oak ex-sherry casks, this sits firmly in the rich, chocolate-driven style — but at cask strength, it carries significantly more weight and intensity.

On the nose, it’s dense and layered. Dark chocolate, raisins and plum lead into burnt toffee, cinnamon and almond, with a noticeable lift from the higher ABV.
